1. Information We Collect

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

• Information about the artists you register (artists, talents, etc.)
• Notes and custom images you set
• App settings (theme, language, etc.)
• Images added to your photo album

Private notes, photo albums, and schedules stay on your device by default and are not sent to our servers. Only if you enable automatic iCloud backup in Settings does the App save a complete backup to your own private iCloud Drive area; we do not receive or have access to its contents. Only when you voluntarily post to a community feature such as Hitokoto do we send the post text, fave name, optional nickname, a device-generated identifier, and an image selected as a public avatar to Supabase, a service provider we use. Public avatar images are resized before upload and used for automated safety screening.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following external APIs to display content:

• Wikidata API (for artist information)
• Rakuten Ichiba API and Yahoo! Shopping API (for related merchandise search)
• Various ticket-sales-site APIs (for event information)
• News APIs (for related news)
• Apple iCloud Drive (only if you enable automatic backup in Settings)

Requests to content APIs do not contain personal information; only search keywords such as artist names are transmitted. iCloud backups are stored in a private area managed by your own Apple Account.

3. Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics for service improvement and debugging, collecting screen views, button interactions, device and OS information, anonymous identifiers, and performance data. When Apple Watch features are used, summarized session type, duration, calories, a hash of the fave name, and in-app scores may be sent; raw heart-rate samples are not sent. We do not directly collect names, email addresses, or Apple IDs through analytics, and do not use this data for cross-app advertising tracking.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links in the App participate in affiliate programs. If you purchase a product through one of these links, we may receive a referral fee. This does not result in any additional cost to you.

5. Subscription Information

The App offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Apple manages credit-card and other payment details, which we do not receive. We may analyze purchase, renewal, and cancellation state together with an anonymous identifier to improve the purchase flow and features, but not to directly identify you or for advertising tracking.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Core private data such as registered faves, notes, schedules, and photo albums stays on your device and can be deleted in the App or by deleting the App. Automatic iCloud backup is off by default and can be stopped in Settings. Backups stored in iCloud can be managed or deleted from Data Protection in the App or your Apple Account’s iCloud storage settings. Turning automatic backup off by itself does not automatically delete existing backups, to avoid accidental data loss. A public Hitokoto post can be deleted from its long-press menu. A public avatar remains on the server only as needed to display the post. Send deletion or privacy requests through Settings > Feedback in the App. Anonymous Firebase Analytics data may be retained according to the service provider’s retention period.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. We will announce significant changes within the App.

1. Service Overview

The App aggregates information about the artists, talents, and others you support ("faves") and supports your fan-activity.

2. Conditions of Use

• The App may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the App.

3. Subscription

• The App offers a Free Plan (up to 2 registered faves) and a Premium Plan (up to 10 registered faves, ¥200 per month or ¥1,500 per year). Eligible users get a 14-day free trial. The current price is shown on the App Store purchase screen.
• The Premium Plan is an auto-renewing subscription. It is billed to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Subscriptions cannot be canceled within an active period.

4. About Content

• Information displayed in the App (events, news, merchandise, etc.) is sourced from external services, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• We assume no responsibility for the content of external linked sites.
• Rights to content uploaded by users (images, text, etc.) belong to the user.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights to the App's design, logos, source code, and the like belong to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these without our prior written permission.

6. About Affiliates

Some links in the App participate in affiliate programs, and we may receive a referral fee if you purchase a product through them. This does not result in any additional cost to you.

7. Disclaimer

• We assume no liability for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the App and may change, suspend, or terminate the service without notice.

We may modify these Terms as needed. The modified Terms take effect when displayed within the App.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes related to these Terms.
